BookMyShow COO inquires (Coldplay concert)
The issue of black marketing of Coldplay concert tickets has been in the news for the past few days. The Economic Offenses Branch is investigating the matter. The new update in this matter is that today i.e. on 30 September EOW questioned Bookmyshow COO Anil Makhija and recorded his statement.
When Anil Makhija appeared outside the Economic Offenses Wing office, the media asked him many questions in this matter. However, he did not answer any questions from the media. Recently, EW called up Ashish Hemrajani, CEO of BookMyShow’s parent company Big Tree Entertainment Pvt Ltd, for questioning. However, he did not come to record his statement. Only Anil Makhija came alone. However, there is no information yet on what he said in his statement.

Along with CEO Ashish Hemrajani, the EOW also summoned the technical head of the company. On September 29, news surfaced that the two were not cooperating with the investigation. The police confirmed that after the summons were sent, the duo did not turn up to record their statements. Also no information was given about non-attendance.

There are also talks that Coldplay may cancel their India tour due to the controversy, as the controversy surrounding the concert could damage the band’s image. However, there is no official information regarding this yet.

Few months left for this concert. This concert is going to be held on January 18 and 19 in the year 2025. It is going to be organized at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai. As soon as the news about this famous British band’s India concert comes out, people are seeing a craze about it.
