There was a fight between two parties in Roorkee
A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Here a fierce brawl broke out between the two sides over a minor dispute. They used sticks and attacked each other with axes. One person died on the spot in this incident. About a dozen people from both sides were injured. On receiving the information, they reached the spot and took possession of the dead body and sent it for post-mortem. An investigation has been started in this matter based on the complaint of both the parties.
According to the police, on Wednesday, a group of people destroyed the strips of ground. When the opposite side objected to this, there was a brawl. Soon people from both sides came face to face with sticks and started attacking each other. In this incident, a person was hit on the head with a stick and died on the spot. A dozen people from both sides were seriously injured in the attack with sticks and axes. All the injured have been taken to the hospital, on getting the information, the police reached the hospital and recorded the statements of all the injured. Apart from this, information about the incident has also been taken from the surrounding people.
Dozens of people injured
The police have started investigation after receiving the complaint from both the parties. The case is from Aamkhedi village in Roorkee. According to SSP Parmendra Singh Doval, he reached the spot with his team as soon as the information was received. He said that after spot investigation and panchnama, the dead body has been sent for postmortem. The police are investigating the matter. He said that the deceased farmer has been identified as Azad. Said that a dozen people have been injured in this incident. Out of which five people from both sides are in critical condition. He is undergoing treatment at a higher centre. According to the SSP, in view of the tension in the village, a large number of police forces have been deployed.

A video of this fight has also surfaced. In the video, it is clear that people from both sides gather outside the village. There is a loud conversation between them for just two minutes and then in no time people from both sides start attacking each other. Meanwhile, a middle-aged man was seriously injured with a stick and fell on the ground, he died on the spot. Only after this the people from both sides separate from each other and take the injured from their respective sides to the hospital.
