Mukesh Ambani will gain a lot from Jio

Asia’s richest man Mukesh Ambani is not short of wealth. One of the main reasons for this is his careful investment in business. He opened one such startup in 2016, called Reliance Jio. Today it has become the largest telecom company in the country. Do you know that if Mukesh Ambani lists this company on the stock market today, how much wealth will he get?

The buzz around Reliance Jio IPO has intensified. Last year, Reliance Group had unlocked the value of Reliance Industries through the IPO of Jio Financial Services. Now it can do the same with Reliance Jio Infocomm. Reliance Jio IPO is expected to happen in 2025. This could be the largest ever IPO in the country.

This will be the valuation of Reliance Jio

Jefferies has valued the company with regards to the IPO of Reliance Jio Infocomm. Brokerage firm Jefferies says that the valuation of Jio Infocom may be around Rs 9.3 lakh crore. If Jio shares trade at this valuation, it can also bring huge gains to the Reliance Industries share price.

Mukesh Ambani will earn a lot

Reliance Jio is a subsidiary of Infocom’s flagship company Reliance Industries. The promoter group’s stake in Reliance Industries is more than 50 percent. Therefore, whenever Reliance Jio Infocomm shares are listed in the market, based on their valuation, Reliance Industries and Reliance promoters will also make money.

However, Reliance Jio Infocomm’s holding company is Jio Platforms. Reliance Industries has sold around 32 per cent of its stake to companies like Facebook and Google. In such a situation, when Reliance Jio Infocomm shares are listed, then not only Mukesh Ambani but also Facebook and Google will make handsome profits.

Reliance shares will also rise sharply

Jefferies estimates that due to the listing of Jio, Reliance Industries shares will also rise by 7-15 per cent. The brokerage house has given a Buy rating to RIL stock. Its target price has been maintained at Rs 3,580.
