A heated discussion between the CMO and the principal

A strange case has come to light from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh. The inspection was to be done in the government primary school here. CMO sir came and started his investigation. Meanwhile he asked the people present in the school where the principal of this school was. A lady teacher standing nearby said that she was the principal. After this he said something to the CMO that caught the CMO off guard.

The principal said he had a licensed double barrel gun. She is not afraid. Seeing this, CMO sir also turned a blind eye. The CMO also told the teacher that he has a cannon and a gun too, no one can threaten him like this. The CMO complained directly to the DM about this strange threat from the principal.

What is the whole matter?

A task force committee chaired by DM Joginder Singh conducts surprise inspections of schools to check the level of basic education in the district. A few days ago, the committee reached the Kishanpur Ataria School on the outskirts of the city, where a heated argument took place between the CMO SP Singh and the school principal Asma Parveen while knowing the educational level of the children. During the inspection the CMO asked about the education of the children and the quality of the school, but the principal answered the question in reverse. The principal said that not all donkeys (children) can be turned into horses.

The opposite answer to a direct question

Getting such a negative answer to a direct question also increased the anger of the CMO. When she asked the principal how she could speak like that, the principal took a stern stance. The principal said that he had a licensed double barrel gun and that no one would intimidate him. The CMO was enraged by this strange statement of the principal and had a heated argument with Asma. Responding to Asma’s point during the discussion, he said that he has a gun and also a gun, no one can threaten him like this. After this the CMO returned from there.

The headmistress has to answer

The DM ordered the BSA to take action when the CMO’s grievances were expressed in the District Education and Monitoring Committee meeting chaired by the DM on July 25. About a month later, on August 6, a notice was issued to the female headmaster in this matter and her reply was sought. Following the DM’s notification, BSA has issued a notice to women headmistresses to explain. The CMO SP said that he had never heard or seen such behavior and response in his entire life. In fact, a task force has been formed to periodically inspect the schools run by the Department of Basic Education. It has nominated district level officials who have to inspect five schools every month. Currently, no response has been given from the head teacher in this matter.
