Hungry and thirsty passengers stuck in Spice Jet flight for 12 hours, what was the reason?

Incidents of inconvenience to passengers on planes are becoming frequent, recently this case was seen in the national capital Delhi, due to which the passengers had to face inconvenience for more than 12 hours.

A SpiceJet Airlines flight on Friday, July 5 evening caused a lot of inconvenience to all the passengers due to the negligence of the staff. In fact, instead of taking off, SpiceJet Airlines flight SG 8151 from Delhi to Bengaluru was stopped at the airport.

Stayed inside the flight for 12 hours

There were 60 passengers on this flight and each had to go without food for 12 hours. The flight was halted due to a technical glitch, after which passengers were not allowed to exit. All the passengers trapped in this flight expressed their anger against the airlines. SpiceJet Airlines Flight SG8151 was scheduled to take off from Delhi’s Terminal 3 on July 5 at 7.40 pm.

There was no provision of food and drink in the flight

Due to a technical fault in the flight, the flight could not be rectified till 7 am on the next morning i.e. July 6, after which the flight was stranded at the airport. All the passengers expressed their anger over the inconvenience caused to the passengers due to the delay in the flight and the closure of the flight, on which the staff asked them to take off early. Throughout the time the passengers were on board, no food or refreshments were provided inside the flight, causing further hardship to the passengers.
