Preeti Makhija died in a car accident

Preeti Makhija, wife of Harish Makhija, owner of the famous Kesar Pan Masala Company of Kanpur, died in a road accident on the Agra Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, liquor dealer Tilak Raj Sharma’s wife and car driver have been seriously injured. Kesar Pan Masala owner Harish Makhija along with his wife and Tilak Raj Sharma and Deepak Kothari were traveling from Kanpur to Agra in separate vehicles to attend a private function.

Near 79 km of Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Karhal, the car overturned and hit a divider after a tire burst. UPEDA Ambulance and employees informed the police on receiving information about the incident. The injured were taken to Saifai Medical University, where doctors declared Preeti Makhija brought dead. His driver and Tilak Sharma’s wife were admitted to a trauma center for treatment.

At around 6 pm on Friday, a Kia car traveling from Kanpur to Agra on the 79th kilometer of the Agra-Lucknow-Expressway went out of control due to a sudden tire burst and overturned after hitting a divider. Preeti Makhija fell down from the car in the accident. Due to which he died. Two other people in the car were injured. A UPEDA ambulance reached the spot and took the injured to the Emergency Trauma Center of Uttar Pradesh Medical Sciences University, where doctors declared Preeti Makhija brought dead after examination. Deepti Kothari and Makhija’s driver Anurag were seriously injured. The liquor dealer’s wife, who was sitting in the car with him, was saved.

Family members of Kanpur industrialist Kesar Pan Masala Harish Makhija, Aarti Liquor Industries owner Tilak Raj Sharma and Deepak Kothari’s wife were going to Agra in separate cars to attend a private function. At around 6 pm on Friday, the car went out of control and overturned and hit a divider on Channel No. 79 of Mithapur Agra Lucknow Expressway in Karhal Police Station area of ​​Mainpuri district after a sudden tire burst.

Three people were injured in this accident. Among the injured are car driver Anurag Rawat, 35, son of Ram Swarup, a resident of Khalasi Line, Kanpur, Preeti Makhija, 55, and Deepti Kothari, 54, a resident of Swarup Nagar, Kanpur. In which Preeti Makhija died during treatment at Saifai Medical University. On receiving the information, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Dr. Ramakant Yadav and SDM Kaushal Kumar talked about giving good treatment to the injured.

The dead body was taken to Kanpur

After the incident, the postmortem of Preeti Makhija was conducted at Etawah district headquarters till late night. After which the family took his dead body and left here at around 12 o’clock. BJP’s former district president Alok Gupta, who arrived for the post-mortem, said that Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana has a close family. The accident was reported in the evening.

Preeti’s son Piyush Makhija said that the tire of the car was burst. The rain was heavy, due to which the car hit the divider and overturned. Due to which this accident happened. After the post-mortem of the deceased Preeti Makhija was done late night in Etawah, the family left for Kanpur with the dead body. The injured driver and liquor dealer’s wife were undergoing treatment at Saifai Medical, but they too were taken to Kanpur in the night. Kanpur’s big industrialist MLA Ajay Kapoor also reached Saifai Medical after getting the information about the incident.
