The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rains in Madhya Pradesh. The Meteorological Department says that 3 types of systems are active across the state, due to which the state will receive heavy rainfall. At the same time, it is predicted that most of the districts of the state will receive heavy rain till July 20. More than 20 percent of the entire season’s rainfall has already occurred in the early days of the monsoon. Heavy rain is likely for the next four days in 15 districts including the capital Bhopal, Indore, Khargone.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for 15 districts, including Khargone, Sihore, Burhanpur, Ujjain, Jhabua, Barwani, Indore, Ratlam, Alirajpur, Dhar, Dewas, Khandwa, Siwini, Chindwara and Pandhurna.
27 percent of the season’s rainfall in a few days
According to the Meteorological Department, the entire state has so far received about 27 percent of the season’s rainfall. Madhya Pradesh has received 10.6 inches of rain so far. MP has a strong rainfall system due to cyclonic circulation and turf. Heavy rains have given people some relief from the heat, but in some areas the rains have caused problems like flooding.
