Recently, a sensational case of public killing of a migrant laborer for eating beef in Haryana’s Charkhi-Dadri came to light. The police arrested eight accused on the charge of this murder. Not long after this incident, another incident came to light. The latest case has come up from Palwal. Here the cow guards shot and killed a student riding in a car.
The incident is on the 23rd. The deceased has been identified as Aryan Mishra, a resident of Faridabad. Aryan was a 12th standard student. Five accused have surrendered before the police in this case. According to the information received from the police, all the five accused named Saurabh, Anil Kaushik, Varun, Krishna and Adesh have been arrested.
Suspicion took another life
During interrogation, the accused told the police that on the night of August 23, they received information that two suspected SUV-riding cattle smugglers were plying the town. The accused said that they mistook the car of the deceased Aryan and his friends Shanky and Harshit for a smuggler’s car and chased it. They chased his car for about 30 kilometers near Garhpuri toll on the Delhi-Agra highway. The accused told the police that when they signaled the victim’s car to stop, the driver accelerated the car, after which he opened fire.
Aryan died on the spot
Aryan died on the spot due to bullet injury. Giving information, the police said that all the accused have been sent to judicial custody after being produced in the court and the illegal weapon and car used in the crime have been recovered. Further investigation is currently underway. On the other hand, there is chaos at the house of Aryan, a class 12 student who lost his life in this incident. Aryan’s family has appealed to the government for justice.
