Former Haryana Minister Bachchan Singh Arya has resigned from BJP

BJP has announced the first list of candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana. After which the voices of rebellion started rising in the party. Many party leaders have expressed their displeasure over not getting tickets. Meanwhile, former minister and BJP leader Bachchan Singh Arya has resigned from the party. He has also announced to leave the primary membership of BJP by writing his resignation in 4 lines.

According to reports, Bachchan Singh was upset over Arya Janayak Janata Party (JJP) rebel MLA Ramkumar Gautam getting the party ticket from Safidon. Due to this, he has decided to leave the party. 2 days ago, the former minister had written on social media, ‘If there is fire in the water, if there is a storm then this should happen, if there is a rebellion then this should happen. After which there are speculations that he may say goodbye to the party.

Bachchan Singh Arya wanted ticket from Safidon seat

It is being said that Bachchan Singh wanted ticket from Arya Jind’s Safidon assembly seat, but BJP fielded JJP’s Ramkumar Gautam instead. He was upset with this decision of the party. The former minister wrote in the letter, “I resign from the primary membership of the BJP and the state executive of Bachchan Singh Arya Assembly Constituency Safidon today, dated 07-09-24.” Bachchan Singh’s resignation before the elections is being considered as a big blow for the BJP.

Voting will be held on October 5

Polling for 90 assembly seats in Haryana will be held in a single phase on October 5. The result will be declared on October 8. As soon as the election date is announced, all the parties have started preparations for the election. BJP, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are in fray in the state.
