Gwalior: Troubled by wife’s torture…sends video to brother, then narrator hangs himself.

Narrator Dharmendra Jha committed suicide

A sensational case has come to light from Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. A bhajan singer committed suicide by hanging himself here. Information has surfaced that bhajan singer Dharmendra Jha was troubled by his wife’s harassment. Before committing suicide, the deceased had sent a 6 minute 50 second video to his brother, in which he made serious allegations against his wife Neha Parmar. The deceased has accused his wife and brother-in-law of isolating him from friends and family. The entire incident took place at Dholi Bua Bridge in Janakganj Police Station area.

In-charge of Gwalior’s Janakganj Police Station Vipendra Singh Chauhan said that Dharmendra Jha used to live at a place called Dholi Bua in this area. He committed suicide on Friday morning. When his wife reached her room, she found Dharmendra’s dead body hanging from the fan hook. When the police got the information, they immediately went to the spot and searched and took down Dharmendra’s body and sent it for post-mortem.

Police investigation has revealed that Dharmendra had earlier made a video and sent it to his brother in which he stated that the reason for the suicide was his wife’s torture. Before committing suicide, Dharmendra sent this video to his brother at 6.23 am on Friday. Police said this was Dharmendra’s second marriage, he had married a woman named Neha about a year and a half ago.
