Who is PP aka Prakash Pandey?
Underworld don Prakash Pandey aka PP hails from Ranikhet, Uttarakhand. He was born in Khanaiya village here. However, later he came to Ranikhet with his family. In the nineties this scoundrel had a lot of influence in the Kumaon Division. When he was arrested, he escaped from Nainital Jail and reached Mumbai and became the right-hand man of underworld don Chhota Rajan. This crook went to Pakistan twice to kill Dawood Ibrahim, demanded ransom from Shah Rukh Khan and shot dead ACP Rajveer in Delhi. He was captured in Vietnam in 2010.
