The incident of kicking lawyer Hiren Barber is a month old. Advocate Hiren Nai filed a complaint accusing the inspector of Dindoli police in Surat district. Advocate Hiren Nai said that on August 18, he was leaving his office at Madhuram Arcade to go home.
Inspector HJ Solanki kicked
As soon as Hiren Nai was about to start his car, a Dindoli police patrol vehicle reached the spot. Inspector HJ Solanki, who was sitting in the car at that time, came out and asked Hiren Barber what he was doing in the arcade parking lot so late? After this HJ Solanki kicked him. After the kick, there was a fierce brawl between H Solanki and Hiren Barber.
District Bar Association complained
After this incident Hiren Barber called his friends and reached Dindoli Police Station and filed a complaint. After this, Hiren Nai and District Court lawyers led by Surat District Bar Association President Nitin Patel petitioned Joint Police Commissioner Raghvendra Vats requesting an inquiry into the matter.
Acting on the petition of the lawyers, Raghavendra Vats ordered an inquiry into the incident on August 21. Raghavendra Vatsa said that the investigation will be conducted under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone-2) Bhagirath Gadhvi. Dindoli Police Inspector HJ Solanki was on night duty at the time of the incident. What transpired between lawyer Hiren Nai and HJ Solanki is the subject of investigation.

During the investigation, Senior Inspector RJ Chudasma of Dindoli Police Station also recorded the statement of Hiren Nai. The CCTV installed in the parking lot was also checked. During the CCTV investigation, Inspector HJ Solanki was seen kicking Waqir Hiren Barber. Now the High Court has fined 3 lakh rupees for kicking HJ Solanki. While commenting, he said that if we forgive them today, 10 policemen will commit similar mistakes in future.
