Govinda signed 75 films at the age of 21, then quit 25 films on the star’s advice.

Govinda has many movies including ‘Hero No 1’, ‘Haad Kar Di Aapne’, ‘Dulhe Raja’, ‘Aunty No 1’, ‘Coolie No 1’, ‘Partner’ which people also like to watch. Today Govinda gets a lot of love from his fans. Do you know that there was a time when Govinda was in the early stage of his career and he got 75 film offers and signed these films. But then on Dilip Kumar’s advice, he dropped 25 of these films.

Govinda said in an interview that he was only 21 years old when he signed 75 films together and was getting offers for films. He joked, “Why did I get into Film Line, I was assigned Film Line. The person above lined up the films so please watch out bro.” Govinda said that when he started his career, he had a queue of films.

“How do I return the money?”

Recalling Dilip Kumar, he said that when Dilip asked Govinda to release 25 films out of 75, he told Dileep that the filmmakers had already given him the signing amount. Govinda further quipped, “I told him how I will return the money?” However, finally Govind agreed to Dilip Kumar. Dilip convinces Govinda by saying leave everything to God, He will do everything and asks Govinda to return the money. Govinda also accepted his advice.

Govinda understands his responsibility well and is firm on commitment. Talking more about himself, he said that he used to get sick on the sets and often had to go to the hospital due to constant work. He also revealed that once she didn’t sleep for 16 days because he was working continuously on the set for two weeks. He started his career in the year 1986 with the film ‘Love 86’.

Govinda was last seen in Rangila Raja in 2019. He did many terrific films in the 1980s-90s. It includes the names of films like ‘Ilzam’, ‘Sada Suhagan’, ‘Dadagiri’, ‘Do Qaidi’, ‘Pyaar Karake Dekho’, ‘Khudgarj’. Govinda worked with Varun Dhawan’s father David Dhawan in several comedy films, which are still remembered today.
