A sensational incident has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur. Here in a village of Khorabar police station area, the younger brother killed the elder. Asha, a resident of Sonve Dholbajwa village in Khorabar police station area, told the police that her husband Ishwar Chand had a dispute over land with his younger brother Nandpal. At night my husband was relaxing on the terrace. I was also sleeping nearby. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law came and started forcing me to register the land. My husband explained it, but it started a ruckus. My husband said that I will register the land in your name when the time comes, but he did not understand this. He said, go ahead and register the land in my name.

Thrown down from the roof

Asha told the police that her husband was persuasive, but it was not having any effect on Nandlal. The conversation turned into a fight. Nandlal got angry. He said if you don’t register then I will end your life. Your family will become orphans and your wife’s honor will be ruined. Meanwhile, she started kicking, punching and beating her husband with sticks. Even this did not satisfy him, so he picked him up from the roof and threw him down, causing him to die.

The police sent the body for postmortem

Someone informed the police and the police immediately took Ishwarchandra to the hospital and the doctors declared him brought dead. Meanwhile, the accused Nandpal fled from the scene when he got a chance. In this regard, SP City Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that the police reached the spot as soon as the matter came to their attention. Based on the complaint of Ishwarchandra’s wife, the police have registered a case of murder against the accused brother Nandpal. The police are investigating the matter.
