The incident took place about two and a half months ago in a village in Dabra City Police Station area of ​​Gwalior district. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused and his associates and started investigating the case.
In the complaint given to the police, the victim stated that the accused was in a relationship with her sister-in-law and through this relationship she was the aunt of the accused. According to the victim, about two and a half months ago i.e. on 21st May, she was returning home from the market. On the way he met the accused. He was in a car and asked for a lift. Since he was a relative she also believed him and got into his car. According to the victim, the accused gave her cold drinks on the way and she became unconscious after drinking the cold drink.
Arranged the marriage by threatening to kill the brother
She was in the city of Gwalior, 45 kilometers from her village, when she regained consciousness. Here he was seated in the wedding hall in the bridal party. Here the accused was present as the groom and all his relatives were nearby. Photography and videography of this wedding was also being done. When the victim objected to the marriage, the accused threatened to kill her younger brother. Under compulsion, she remained silent and came to his house after the marriage formalities were over.
