Police have arrested the accused. The case is from Dullapur area of ​​the district. According to the police, a man dressed in police uniform lured the victim to get a job. Extorted Rs 240,000 from him in the name of police recruitment. When the victim felt that she was cheated, she lodged a complaint at the police station and registered a case. In this case, the police arrested the accused a day ago during vehicle checking at Gazipur-Mau border.

According to the Dullapur police, on September 15, a woman accused a youth named Virendra of defrauding her of money by wearing a police uniform in the name of police recruitment. On which the local police registered a case under sections 419, 420, 406, 504, 506 and 389 against Virendra Yadav. Based on this case, the police conducted a checking operation near the Gazipur-Mauni border Sarasena. Meanwhile, the police spotted Virendra Yadav and immediately arrested him.

In her complaint to the police, the victim said that Virendra Yadav used to wear police uniform and claimed to be a constable of Jalalabad police station under Dullapur police station. He tricked her into getting a job. The victim said that the accused used to come in front of her wearing police uniform. After which when the woman believed him, he gave her money in the name of job. When nothing happened for a long time, the woman started demanding her money back. After this he continued to harass the woman by giving false assurances. When the victim repeatedly pressed, he started threatening and harassing her. The woman filed a complaint at the police station and registered a case against Virendra Yadav.
