2. Smuggling of Foreign Currency: Another case came to light in the year 2019, when Rahat Fateh Ali Khan became part of yet another controversy. In fact, he was accused of smuggling foreign currency into India. It is said that he continued to do all this for about three years. An ABP News report revealed that he received $340,000 (Rs 2.42 crore). Of this, $225,000 (Rs 1.6 crore) is said to have been smuggled.
3. When calling oneself ‘heir’: This time the case was related to Nusrat Fateh Ali’s daughter Nida. When he held a press conference at the Lahore Press Club.
