The Yogi government is fulfilling the dreams of such people of the state. People will not only get an opportunity to buy their own flat near these places, but also get an opportunity to avail the international standard facilities available here.
As per the wishes of the people, the government has launched a low-cost built up housing scheme in Sector 22D of the Yamuna Expressway. Flats in this scheme can be booked on a ‘first come first served’ basis. This scheme has started from September 19. The last date for closure of the scheme is 31 March 2025. Under this one BHK to 2 BHK flat can be booked for Rs 21 lakh to Rs 45 lakh.
Flats will be available in three categories
A total of 1239 flats will be provided in three categories under this scheme. The first category is affordable housing. A total of 276 one BHK flats with 29.76 sq m super area and 21.62 sq m carpet area will be available. Its ground floor flat is priced at Rs 23.37. While the price of first, second and third floor flats is Rs 20.72 lakh. In the third and last category, there will be 2 BHK flats, totaling 250. The flat has 99.85 square meter super area and 64.72 square meter carpet area and is priced at Rs 45.09 lakh.
Booking will be done on preference basis
The special feature of this scheme is that the applicants will be allotted directly on first come first serve basis based on their preference. Any Indian above 18 years of age can apply for this. However, people who have previously got residential flats under any scheme in YIDA area cannot apply. At the same time, farmers in Yida area whose land has been acquired for development works will be given 17.5 percent reservation under the scheme.
There will be connectivity to international destinations
The most special thing about this residential scheme is its location. The scheme has been launched in Sector 22D, very close to the under-construction Noida International in Jewar. Similarly, International Film City is also very close to it. Not only this, it will also have connectivity with dedicated MSME, MDP Apparel, Handicraft and Toy Park. This place is very close to Yamuna Expressway. People buying flats here will also be able to take advantage of the facilities provided by the Yogi government to connect all these international destinations.
