A doctor in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh found it difficult to befriend a young man on Facebook. The young man started pressuring the doctor for marriage. But the doctor clearly refused to marry. After this the doctor stopped talking to the young man, due to which the young man got angry and threatened to pour acid on the doctor. The doctor was scared by the young man’s threat and stopped going to the hospital.
The victim doctor has filed a police complaint in this matter. After which the search for the accused has been started on the orders of the SSP. Actually this whole case is from a locality of Bareilly city. A woman doctor living here has alleged that she is posted as a medical officer in a private medical college. Three years ago, she befriended a young man through Facebook. After this the two people continued to talk for a while, but when the young man’s behavior and some things did not seem right, he stopped talking to the young man.
Threatened to pour acid for refusing to marry
The doctor said that when they stopped talking, the young man started harassing him continuously and even started coming to his office. Not only this, the young man started pressuring her to marry her and asked to talk to her on the phone. When the doctor refused to do so, the youth threatened to pour acid on him and said it would ruin his life. Disturbed, the female doctor stopped going to the office.

Along with this, the female doctor also said that the young man had also demanded a ransom of 4 lakh rupees from her. The doctor began to fear that the young man had poured acid on him. SSP Anurag Arya said that based on the complaint of the woman doctor, an FIR has been ordered and the police have started searching for the accused.
