50 demolition notices have been issued in Auraiya.
The administration of Uttar Pradesh’s Auraiya district is constantly demolishing the houses of land mafias. In July, the administration razed 47 houses of the mafia with the help of bulldozers. At the same time, now even in the month of September, the administration has pasted demolition notices for 50 houses. Such action is being taken on the instructions of CM Yogi, due to which there has been a stir among the land mafia.
In the Dibiapur Police Station area, the Irrigation Department has pasted notices to vacate houses built illegally on its government land. Also, the Irrigation Department has given instructions to vacate 50 houses by pasting a notice by September 9. The department says that if these people do not vacate their homes voluntarily, they will be forcibly evicted. The people themselves will be responsible for the cost of its evacuation, which will be levied as penalty.
Notices have been sent to 50 households
On 13th July, 47 houses in Dibiapur Canal Market were razed to the ground by the Irrigation Department. Along with this, once again the irrigation department has sent notices to 50 houses to vacate the government land, in which the houses have been ordered to be vacated by September 9. The order states that if the houses are not demolished, action will be taken anytime by the Irrigation Department, whose responsibility will be against the illegal encroachers on the Irrigation Department’s land.

The demolition was done after a court order
DM Dr. Indramani Tripathi said that a petition was filed in the High Court, in which this order was made. In the same order, the High Court ordered the demolition of the bridge. Action was taken regarding it. Another application was filed. There is no complaint regarding the previous order. Departments have to file at their respective counters. He will have to answer in the High Court. So, all processes are being completed. Now will meet with them.
Panic spread among the people after the notice
DM Dr. Indramani Tripathi said that we will see after the meeting. What arrangements will be made if someone lives there and has to be removed? After pasting the notice, once again there was panic among the people. Earlier too, notices have been issued to people illegally encroaching on irrigation department land.
