Actor Fardeen Khan has confirmed that he is not part of the ‘No Entry’ sequel. Recently, film producer Boney Kapoor announced the sequel of the 2005 superhit film ‘No Entry’. However, no official announcement has been made yet regarding the final star cast. Now in an interview, Fardeen said that ‘No Entry 2’ will have a completely new star cast.

Actor Fardeen Khan made his acting comeback earlier this year with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series ‘Hiramandi’. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Fardeen said, “I think ‘No Entry 2’ has been announced, but I’m not in it. It has a completely new star cast.” When asked why he will not be seen in the sequel of the film this time? To which the actor replied, “You should talk to Boney Kapoor about this.”

Recalling that time, the popular Bollywood actor said that he agreed to act in the film only on Boney Kapoor’s insistence and enjoyed every moment of the shoot. Fardeen said, “This was my first attempt as an actor. In the film, I had to play a bit of a goofy, funny, goofy character, who is not very smart and very naive.”
“Hesitant to roll”
Fardeen said, “I was a bit hesitant to do the role, but Boney Kapoor believed in me, which allowed me to do the role. Boney Kapoor saw me doing some such scenes in my film ‘Khushi’ and said, ‘Farden, you are perfect for this role’ and I said ‘Really?’ Because I myself didn’t think I could do this role.”

Fardeen Khan gave full credit to Boney for casting him in No Entry. Fardeen said that he cast a very good cast in the film and chose someone who could properly direct a comedy film. Boney made a great team with Anees Bazmee. Actors like Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan also played their roles well in the film. Overall everything came together well. The female actors have also done their job well.
Comedy is a very difficult job – Fardeen
Fardeen said that doing comedy is a very difficult job and it comes automatically. The actor also spoke about the difficulties involved in working in a comedy film. He said, “It doesn’t happen often because I think comedy is the hardest thing to do, not only from the acting point of view but also the script of a comedy film is very difficult because you can’t force people to laugh. You know that laughing is a natural reaction. I cherish all my memories of ‘No Entry’ and it was a great learning experience for me.”

Talking about the work front, the actor was recently seen in ‘Khel Khel Mein’ alongside Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu, which did not do well at the box office. Now Fardeen Khan will be seen in Kannada film ‘Devil: The Hero’ across India.

Talking about the sequel of ‘No Entry 2’, the film’s director Anees Bazmee will start shooting for ‘No Entry 2’ from December 2024. The sequel of the film will be made under the production of Zee Studios. There are reports that ‘No Entry 2’ will feature actors like Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor.
