Diljit got a legal notice

But he could not get the ticket, due to which he took this big step out of frustration and sent a notice to Diljit.
The fan has made these allegations in the notice
In his notice, he said that despite announcing the ticket booking time on September 12 at 1 pm, the passes were made available at 12:59 p.m., due to which hundreds of fans booked tickets within a minute. He claimed that he got his HDFC credit card only to get an early-bird pass. However, despite the money being deducted from his account, he could not get the pass and later the amount was returned.
“Tickets are being black marketed”
In the notice, the fan further wrote, “This encourages rigging and black marketing of tickets. Suddenly all the tickets are sold out, which clearly shows that the ticket prices are being manipulated, which is an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. “Hoarding and black marketing of tickets with the intention of reselling them at inflated prices is against consumer rights.”
