A meeting was held to review the results of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Sunday after the Lok Sabha elections. BSP national president and former chief minister Mayawati held a meeting with all party central executive officers, state presidents and senior officials at the Lucknow party office. This was the first meeting of BSP national officers after the election results were announced. A statement issued by the party after the meeting said that the opposition parties have campaigned wrongly in the elections especially on various issues like saving the constitution, due to which the party has suffered huge losses.
A statement issued by the BSP said that this reality was conveyed to the party so that the party does not suffer such losses again in the elections. It has been said in the statement that the Congress Party has called Baba Saheb Dr. Various tactics were adopted to prevent Bhimram Ambedkar from coming to the Constituent Assembly.
The statement said, “How can that party now talk about saving the constitution they made?” It is worth considering that till date no party has honored Ambedkar with Bharat Ratna.

The statement said that the Congress did not give full benefit of legal rights related to reservation to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes as per the Constitution and did not accept Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s views on public interest. Finally he resigned from the post of Law Minister.
The statement said that Baba Saheb advised the people of this class to form their own party and unite to take the key of political power in their hands, so that people can get full benefit of legal rights.
The NDA government is not completely stable
In the meeting, Mayawati said that the BJP and NDA governments at the Center are not completely stable. In such a situation, an unstable situation can arise in the country at any time. In such a situation, the party has to increase the support base of the party by promoting people from the organization across the country, so that the party can be strengthened at every level. In elections, people, especially the poor and weaker sections, are misled by some issue and an exploitative party comes to power at the expense of their only well-wisher, the BSP. This is not right at all. This should be discussed.
A call to strengthen the organization of the party
He said that the assembly by-elections are going to be held soon, the party people should take special care not to repeat this mistake. The party has to be strengthened and party people have been asked to be alert and ready at all times. The party’s national president has again given Akash Anand an opportunity to work in the party with full maturity. He will continue to hold all the posts as before. He will be the National Coordinator of the party as well as his sole successor.
