But there is talk that the Ajit group may seek 80 to 90 seats.

On the other hand, Rupali Chakankar, women state president of NCP Ajit faction, has raised her voice in favor of Ajit Pawar. He said that our party workers want Ajit Pawar to become the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He said that he has sought this boon from Ganapati.

Sanjay Raut’s claim on seat sharing in Mahayuti

On the other hand, Shiv Sena’s senior Uddhav Thackeray group leader Sanjay Raut has targeted Mahayuti and Ajit Pawar group. He claimed that a war has broken out over the issue of seat sharing in Mahayuti. He claims that BJP wants to give less seats to both the parties. Sanjay Raut has claimed that the BJP wants to give 40 seats each to both the Ajit and Shinde groups.

Sanjay Raut has also claimed that the BJP itself is preparing to contest 160 seats in the 288-seat Maharashtra Assembly, while the Ajit group and the Shinde group may seek 60 to 70 seats.
