In Jaswantnagar area of Etawah, a married woman committed suicide by hanging herself after being fed up with her mother-in-law’s taunts. The marriage was only 14 months old and her mother-in-law was taunting her daily for not having children. Parineeta was staying at her maternal uncle’s house for some time due to disagreements with her mother-in-law. But last night she spoke to her husband on the phone and then committed suicide by hanging herself. The girl got married in Ambah Police Station area of Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. The girl’s side does not want any action against the daughter’s in-laws. The incident took place in Nagla Bhadauria village of Jaswantnagar police station area.

The bride’s wedding took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Murena district. A married woman committed suicide by hanging herself at her maternal uncle’s house only after 14 months of marriage. The family behind the wife’s suicide is such that the mother-in-law used to taunt the daughter daily for not having children. Due to which she was staying with her maternal uncle for some time. Before the hanging, Parineeta informed her husband over the phone that her health was not good.
My mother-in-law used to taunt me not to have children
Naresh Bhadauria, father of deceased Sneha, said that his daughter was married to Aditya Tomar on May 27 last year at Bhindwa village in Ambah police station area of Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. After the marriage, the mother-in-law of the daughter started taunting that her son-in-law had no children. His daughter was upset with this, he called his daughter to him. Late at night, the daughter committed suicide by hanging herself in her room. After the news of Sneha’s death, her husband and other in-laws have reached Etawah. Sneha’s father does not hold anyone responsible for his daughter’s suicide and does not want to take any action against anyone.

Sneha’s husband Aditya Tomar also reached Etawah after his wife’s suicide. He stated that he had a conversation with Sneha at around 11.30 pm. Aditya says Sneha was not well. So, there was talk of a checkup in Agra but before that he took this drastic step.
The police sent the body for postmortem
In-charge of Jaswantnagar Police Station said that Sneha alias Kaushiki committed suicide by hanging herself in Nagla Bhadauria village. Police have sent the body for postmortem. Various stories are being told from the family regarding the suicide of the wife. But till now no complaint letter has been given to the police in this regard.
