After a life-threatening leech wreaked havoc on an elderly farmer’s nose in Chhattisgarh’s Jashpur, doctors struggled to extricate the man. Just then the old man breathed a sigh of relief. The case is of Mahanai village. Jaiman Yadav (58), an elderly farmer living here, developed a headache on Thursday. He asked his family to take him to the hospital. I am unable to bear this pain.

Hearing the old man’s words, the family became tense. He was rushed to a community health center. The old man told the doctors that his head was exploding with pain. It feels like something is sliding inside the nose. When the doctors examined the old man’s house with the help of a torch, they found that a leech had made its home there. It was badly stuck inside the nose and its size had also increased. Due to which the old man was having difficulty in breathing.

Then the doctors with great difficulty removed the leech from the old farmer’s nose. Just then the old man breathed a sigh of relief. Jaiman Yadav, an elderly farmer, said that he had gone to work in the field five days ago. There were many leeches. Maybe then it got into his nose. But at that time the farmer did not know. After coming home he started feeling very cold. I also had a cold.

After 5 days came to know

The old man said he then went to the shop and bought medicine for cold and cough. After some time his health improved. But after 5 days he started having headache. After coming to the hospital, it was found that a leech had entered his nose. By sucking his blood, she became much bigger. Due to which Jaiman could not even breathe properly.

The leech was badly stuck

The doctors said that they had to work hard to remove the leech from the farmer’s nose. Because it got badly stuck in his nose. Even a little carelessness could have escalated the tension. That’s why it took so long to remove the leeches.
