He said that onion is a big issue. On the issue of onion, the central government has abolished the minimum export duty. Export duty has been reduced from 40 to 20 percent. The central government has accepted the very important demand of the onion producing farmers. I heartily congratulate the Central Govt.
Devendra Fadnavis said that export duty on basmati rice has been removed. This will greatly benefit the farmers growing Basmati paddy. All these decisions will directly benefit the farmers producing soybean, onion and basmati. I thank the central government for this.
