Problem of poor condition of schools due to shortage

Apart from the digital presence, he said that due to severe lack of required basic facilities in government schools in Uttar Pradesh, complaints of poor conditions are common.
1. There have been general complaints of poor condition of government schools in Uttar Pradesh due to severe lack of necessary basic facilities, to which the government is paying lip service instead of properly addressing those serious problems by making appropriate budgetary provisions. Does it work?

Instead of properly solving those serious problems, the government is just diverting attention from them?
The government is diverting the problems of schools instead of solving them
Talking about digital presence, he has said that it is more important to recruit the right and proper number of teachers as well as to develop basic facilities so that good quality education can be ensured. The purpose of the BSP supremo in raising this issue is to tell people that the government is only diverting attention instead of solving the fundamental problems of schools.
