If you are also looking for a job and looking for an opportunity outside India, then there is good news for you. In fact, the Israeli government has reached out to India to get thousands of skilled craftsmen. The National Skills Development Corporation (NCDC) said that the Israeli government has demanded to hire 10,000 construction workers and 5,000 caretakers from India under the agreement between the two countries.

The recruitment campaign will begin soon.

This comes amid reports that more than 500 Indian workers were deported from Israel after they were found to lack the necessary skills. They were recruited to replace Palestinians whose work permits were cancelled after the start of Israel’s war on Gaza in October. Tel Aviv is seeking to replace some 90,000 Palestinians who have become ineligible for work. In November, it signed a bilateral agreement with Delhi to conduct recruitment drives.

The second phase will take place here.

According to media reports, the National Skill Development Corporation (NCDC), set up by India’s Finance Ministry in 2008, had sent around 2,600 workers to the West Asian country in April under an agreement. In the first phase, over 10,000 Indians from Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Telangana were selected as construction workers. The second phase of recruitment will be carried out in Maharashtra. In which craftsmen in carpentry, iron bending, plastering and ceramic tiling will be given jobs. Apart from this, they will also get a salary in thousands of rupees based on experience.
