Questions raised on boy’s suicide by nitrogen gas

Recently, there has been a new twist in the case of suicide of a student due to nitrogen gas in Delhi. Information has come to light that the deceased student Vishu Singh was living in a PG without informing his parents. Without informing his parents he took a PG in Laxminagar where he committed suicide. He said at home that he was staying in a college hostel.

A student living in a PG in Lakshmi Nagar Police Station area committed suicide by filling a plastic bag with nitrogen gas and tying it over his mouth. Everyone was shocked after this incident came to light. The deceased has been identified as Vishu Singh, a resident of Chopna Sanwar, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. The shocking thing in this case was that despite committing suicide in such a strange manner, no suicide note was found from the deceased student, after which the matter became complicated.

Vishu declared his house as a hostel and lived in a PG.

According to information received by the police, even after joining the PG, Vishu told his home that he was staying in a hostel at National Law University, Dwarka. He took a photograph in the PG room and sent it to his parents to show that he was still staying in the university hostel. According to Vishu’s family, it was only after his suicide that his father Bhawani Singh came to know that he was not staying in a hostel but in a PG in Lakshmi Nagar. The family and the police wonder why Vishu left the hostel and came to stay in the PG?

The phone was telling the location of the hostel

Vishu’s father Bhawani Singh is an officer in the Indian Army. Parents are shocked as their son committed suicide in this way. They don’t understand why he lied and killed himself? The father says that he may have made the mistake of not being able to bear the pain of his son, due to which the son has taken such a big step. Vishu last came home during the Kanwar Yatra holiday, after which he returned to Delhi on August 19. Informing the police, the father said that his son’s live location was constantly visible in NLU.

Son’s phone should be checked – Vishu’s father

He kept the location of his son’s iPhone with him. When the police searched the son’s PG room, they found an iPhone, an iPad and a phone with a keypad. The father has demanded that the death of his son should be investigated. He has requested the police to check Vishu’s payment history, internet surfing and CDR. According to information, the owner of the PG, Krishna Saini, told the police that Vishu Singh had taken the PG on rent on August 29. He was also a little sick. The student had taken admission in National Law University, Dwarka just a few days ago.

What did the PG owner say?

According to the PG owner, on the night of the incident i.e. Wednesday at 10:30 pm, the student had locked the door of his room after having dinner. As the student did not open the door till Thursday evening, the PG owner knocked on the door, but still the student did not open the door. When the owner informed Vishu’s family about this, they were also surprised as they did not know that Vishu was staying in a PG and not a university hostel. According to the PG owner, the student was sleeping on the bed with a plastic bag tied over his face when he broke the door. The bag contained a pipe, which was connected to a nitrogen cylinder. The AC of the room was on. Police suspect that the student may have died due to excess nitrogen entering his body. Now the police are trying to solve this case.
