After Ajay Devgan, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer ‘De De Pyaar De’ became a super hit, now the makers have started preparing for its sequel. ‘De De Pyaar De’ was released in the year 2019, which was loved by the people. Since then people are eagerly waiting for its sequel. The shooting of this film is going to start soon. This time Tabu will not be seen in the film. R Madhavan’s acting chops will be seen in the second part of the film. It is being said that the shooting of this film will start from September.
R Madhavan will be seen in the role of Rakul Preet’s father in the sequel of ‘De De Pyaar De’. Its first half was full of comedy, romance and emotional scenes. According to a Hindustan Times report, quoting a source, it has been revealed that the film’s first shooting schedule was in Mumbai, but due to other commitments of the actors, it had to be extended. It is being said that now the entire cast will go to Punjab for the shooting of the film. The shooting will begin in mid-September, the shooting schedule in Punjab has been kept for only 15-20 days. After completion of shooting in Punjab, the next schedule will be in Mumbai in October.
The beauty of Punjab will be shown
The location of Punjab is chosen because the film has to show the traditional culture. It is being said that to introduce the audience to the beauty of Punjab, most of the shooting will be done inside the bungalow and in the surrounding grounds. The production of the film is going on at a very fast pace. The film will be a complete family drama. It is being said that the makers want to complete the shooting of the film by the end of this year. According to the report, the film will release in May 2025, though the makers have not yet announced the release date of the film.
Shooting of ‘Son of Sardar 2’
The reason for the extension of the shooting schedule is the shooting of Ajay Devgn’s second film. At the same time, Ajay is also shooting for ‘Son of Sardar 2’, for which he is in the UK. The first part of ‘De De Pyar De’ was directed by Akiv Ali and Anshul Sharma is going to direct this sequel. If sources are to be believed, there may be a cameo in the film but no information has come out about whose role it will be. Like the previous part, Rakul Preet and Ajay Devgn’s great chemistry will be seen in this sequel. Tabu will not be a part of it this time.
