Attack on rape victim’s family.
A case of bullying has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Amethi district. Here miscreants raped and killed a girl years ago, for which the victim’s family filed a case against the miscreants. Due to the hearing of this case, powerful people were harassing the victim’s family every day. They were forcing them to settle, but when the family did not listen to them, the goons fatally attacked the victim’s family.
The entire incident of fatal attack on the victim’s family took place in Benipur village of Amethi police station area. The residents of the same village Dabang Hakimuddin, Jamaluddin, Riyauddin, Javed, Feroz and Pappu had raped a girl of the village about two years ago. The victim was killed when she resisted the rape. In this case, the victim’s family filed a complaint against the miscreants and based on the complaint, the police filed a charge sheet in the court under sections including rape and murder.
The miscreants attacked while going to the court
The case was pending in court and the victim’s family was scheduled to testify on Thursday. The goons had been pressuring him not to testify, but when the family members did not listen to them, the hoodlums, sitting in ambush, fatally attacked the victim’s family on Friday. The victim’s family was on their way to court from home when the goons attacked them. Three members of the family were seriously injured in the fatal attack, who are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

The victim’s family was given police protection on court orders, but no policeman was with them today. Taking advantage of this, miscreants attacked him with sticks. The father and two brothers of the deceased girl were seriously injured in the attack. Seeing the serious condition of the three, the doctors have referred them to the trauma center in Lucknow. Where the condition of those people is said to be delicate.
In this matter, Gauriganj Circle CO Akhilesh Verma said that a team has been sent to catch the gangsters. Not aware of any previous hostilities. After receiving the information, it will be stated that three people were injured during the fight in the deadly attack.
