The court has given this big order

The court passed this order when an assignee filed a petition against it. The assignee was entrusted by the High Court with the task of dealing with the property of estate agent and financier Arjunlal Sundardas after he was declared insolvent. Arjunlal Sundardas has now bid farewell to this world.

Both the films ‘Tanglan’ and ‘Kanguwa’ are associated with Studio Green. Studio Green owner Gyanvel Raja had to pay 10 crore 35 lakh rupees to financier Arjunlal Sundardas. After knowing this, the assignee reached the court to take the order. After this, the bench of Justice G Jayachandran and Justice CV Karthikeyan has given this decision, under which Studio Green will have to deposit Rs 1 crore. With only a few days left for the release of Pa Ranjith’s ‘Tanglan’, the court directed to pay Rs 1 crore before August 14 and file a compliance report in the High Court on the same day.

Apart from this, it has also been said that an amount of Rs 1 crore has to be deposited before the release of ‘Kanguwa’. Siva has directed this film. Studio Green has opposed this application of official assignee. He says that he gave the Hindi remake rights of three Tamil films to Arjunlal Sundardas. In which the names of ‘All in All Azguraja’, ‘Biryani’ and ‘Madras’ are included. He says that in this way he has paid the due amount. However, they have only been able to produce photocopies to prove these matters.
