Naxalites brutally killed a teacher in Chhattisgarh. The case is from Sukma district. It is being told that the dead teacher was 25 years old. Naxalites suspected him of being a police informer, they suspected that he was a police informer, due to which they killed the teacher, police said on Sunday.
According to the police, the name of the deceased was Dodi Arjun. He was a guest teacher in Gondapalli village of Jagargunda police station area. Last Saturday evening, the Naxalites first beat him badly and then strangled him to death. The police received information about this on Sunday, after which a police team reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. Following this incident, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people of the area.
Killed on suspicion of being an informer
Suspecting the victim to be a police informer, the Naxalites set up a Jan Adalat (kangaroo court) and killed him, the official said. It is being said that Arjun used to teach in a school in Jagargunda area, a Maoist stronghold. Schools in the area were closed for many years due to fear of Naxalites. The deceased teacher was instrumental in reopening these schools. Currently, the police are busy investigating the matter.

Campaign is being conducted against Naxalites

In this regard, on September 12, a joint team of CRPF, District Force, Bastar Fighters and District Reserve Guard was dispatched to Jagargunda Police Station area. When the team reached Napalli village, some suspects started trying to escape from there, after which the team cordoned off the area and arrested these people.
