The Bilaspur High Court took the case of the girl bringing alcohol to school seriously and heard it. During the hearing, the court severely reprimanded those responsible. The court raised questions about how the beer bottle reached the classroom. In response to which the government said that the children had brought it in their bags. The court asked why the bag was not searched. The court said that if someone comes tomorrow with gunpowder and weapons.

The High Court has reprimanded the government in the case of female students bringing alcohol to a government school in Masturi. In this matter, the students reached Bhatchaura Higher Secondary with beer on 29th July. After which a complaint was made in this matter. The day the girls came to school with a bottle of beer was the birthday of one of the students. Beer was consumed in the classroom itself along with cakes and cold drinks.

A beer party at school, causing a ruckus

Cake, cold drinks and beer were brought to the school on a student’s birthday. Cases of drinking beer along with snacks and cold drinks after cutting the cake have also come to light. There was an uproar after the video of the birthday party went viral. Along with cold drinks, disposables, snacks, samosas, beer bottles were also seen in the video. On this issue, the students said that the beer was not drunk, only the empty bottle was waved.

After the investigation, action was ordered against the principal.

In this case, the concerned department formed an investigation team and sent it to the school for investigation. Several serious issues came before the team. After the investigation, the team has submitted its report to the DEO. The report said that there was an attempt by the school to hide the facts. The investigation team has also leveled serious charges against the principal of the school, Lakshminarayan. A letter has been written to the Directorate of Public Instruction to take action against the principal.

After hearing the entire matter, the court has ordered the education department to investigate and take action. The court raised questions on the safety of the girl students and said that care should be taken as to who is taking what. Anyone can come up with anything like this.
