Chef killed in Udaipur’s Hotel Lakend
A shocking incident has come to light in Udaipur, Rajasthan. A fight broke out between the waiter and the chef over a trivial matter in the city’s 4-star hotel Lakend. Meanwhile the waiter picked up a non-veg cutting knife and cut through the chef’s stomach. The chef, who was seriously injured in the incident, was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. As soon as the information was received, the police swung into action and arrested the accused waiter. The waiter told the police during interrogation that he also got angry when the chef misbehaved with him and committed the crime.
The incident took place on Sunday late evening. According to police, chef Narendra Negi at the hotel prepared a customer’s order and called the waiter to serve it. He called three-four times, but the waiter, who was talking to someone on the mobile phone, ignored him. The chef said some abuse to him in this regard. The angry waiter had a fight with the chef. Meanwhile, the fight between the two escalated and the waiter picked up the meat cutting knife kept on the counter and stabbed it in the chef’s stomach.
The waiter himself was on the phone after giving the order.
The chef started screaming as the knife entered his stomach. Hearing the noise, the rest of the hotel staff reached there and after seeing the chef’s condition, took him to the hospital. However, the chef died on the way to the hospital. According to Udaipur Deputy SP Kailash Boriwal, dinner was going on at the hotel at the time of the incident. Meanwhile, a waiter came into the kitchen with a customer’s order and asked the chef to prepare quickly and got on the phone himself.

Here, after cooking, the chef called the waiter several times, but when he did not listen, he uttered some profanity. Due to which the waiter Lokesh got angry and he committed this crime. He said that after the arrest of the accused, the knife used in the crime was recovered. The accused is being interrogated by the police.
