Police explaining to the family of the deceased.
In Bihar’s Katihar, a father called his daughter’s lover to his house and beat him up. The body of the youth was thrown near the railway station to destroy the evidence. The police reached the spot after receiving the information about the dead body of the youth. The body was sent for postmortem. The youth was identified and an investigation was launched to find out how he died. The police revealed the incident within 12 hours and arrested the accused.
Three people including the father of the youth were involved in this incident. They tied the youth’s hands and feet and beat him badly. The youth died due to beating. Police have arrested all three accused. After the incident, there is chaos in the house of the deceased youth. The family members are in a bad condition and are crying. He has demanded strict action from the police against the accused.
The body was found near Kadhagola railway station
On Friday, the body of a youth was found near the Kadagola railway station in the Burari police station area, causing a sensation in the area. The hands and feet of the youth were tied. On receiving the information, the police reached and identified the dead body and sent it for postmortem. The deceased youth has been identified as Vishal Kumar, a resident of Marghia in Barari police station area. The police informed the family of the deceased. Arvind Mandal, the father of the deceased who reached the spot, told the police that his son was studying in a lodge near DSS College in Katihar. He had no enmity with anyone.
Police arrested the accused
Katihar SP Vaibhav Sharma said that during the investigation, it came to light that Vishal was in a relationship with the daughter of Akhilesh Yadav, a resident of Ward 5 of East Barinagar Panchayat. When Akhilesh got wind of this, he was furious. He made a plan to kill Vishal. The father of the deceased said that Akhilesh and his relatives called Vishal to their house on some pretext and tied his hands and feet and beat him mercilessly. Apart from the accused Akhilesh Yadav, the police have arrested Niranjan Kumar Yadav and Ravi Kumar Yadav.
