Cab driver beaten up, money robbed…Inspector in Noida did this incident, now many officials including DCP have been accused

In Noida, a police sub-inspector along with two of his colleagues robbed a cab driver of money and then assaulted him. Action has been taken against the accused sub inspector in this case. The accused SI is a trainee inspector, a case has been registered against him and his two associates. The trainee inspector has been arrested and suspended with immediate effect. A police team has been formed to nab his accomplices.

Not only this, the DCP Central Noida has been removed from the post to protect the accused inspector in this case. Apart from this, SHO Bisrakh, in-charge Gaur City-1 of the post and an inspector have been suspended. The incident took place on the night of August 3rd around 1 am. Bagpat resident Rakesh Tomar drives a cab in Delhi. He accused trainee inspector Amit Mishra and two of his associates of extorting money and assaulting him.

The inspector looted the money

Rakesh alleged that he had come from Delhi to Gaur City in Noida to drop a female passenger. Just then, trainee inspector Amit Mishra stopped him showing his uniform and took him out of the car. They forced the woman passenger out of the car and made her sit in their car. The woman said that she was a passenger and had booked a cab. The woman was then released. After which the cab driver Rakesh was beaten up. He alleged that the inspector also looted the money kept in his pocket.

The Commissioner of Police conducted an investigation

The victim, Rakesh, reached Gaur City One outpost before complaining to the inspector. He was not heard there. After which the victim cab driver reached Bisrakh police station. The in-charge of the police station also chased him away. He complained about the accused inspector to Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh and informed the whole matter. The CP conducted an investigation into the matter. The woman was also questioned. When the allegations were found to be true, a case was registered against trainee inspector Amit Mishra and his two associates Ashish and Abhinav. Two vehicles with them were also seized.

The blame fell on these police officers

The police have arrested the accused trainee inspector. DCP Central Noida Suniti has been removed from her post for not taking action for 2 days and concealing the incident from higher authorities despite being aware of the entire matter. Apart from this, SHO Bisrakh, in-charge Gaur City-1 of the post, Inspector Ramesh Chandra and Inspector Mohit have been suspended.
