These two daughters were taken hostage by miscreants

In Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli on Tuesday night, miscreants broke into a businessman’s house and created a ruckus. The miscreants climbed onto the roof with the help of an iron pipe installed behind the house and entered the merchant’s house. After this, the miscreants tied all the men in the house with ropes and attacked the women with swords and pistols. After this, the entire house was searched in about an hour. The miscreants stole Rs. Goods worth over 10 lakhs were looted and anyone who tried to protest during the incident was beaten up by the miscreants.

The incident took place in Chausana district. After the miscreants left, the victim’s family members freed themselves with great difficulty and informed the police. After this, the police arrived after inspecting the scene and started searching for the miscreants. Blockade is being done in the entire district for this. The victim’s family said that the miscreants armed with swords and pistols first gathered the entire family at one place. Meanwhile, when the men present in the house tried to protest, the miscreants beat them with the butt of a pistol and then tied them with a rope and put them aside.

Women were held hostage at sword point

On receiving information, the police reached the spot and said that the incident took place around 3 am on Wednesday morning. Miscreants broke into the house of businessman Balwindra alias Billu, who lived in a house at Sundernagar Tiraha in Chausana area. As soon as they entered the house, the miscreants took the family’s two daughters, Ruby and Shivani, hostage at sword point, after which when Balwindra tried to protest, the miscreants hit him on the head with a pistol. When her son, uncle and nephew came to her rescue, the miscreants beat them up and tied them with ropes.

Blockade across the district

According to the police, miscreants have looted cash worth Rs 2 lakh from this house. Apart from this, two gold rings, two gold earrings, a gold necklace, two silver anklets, mangalsutra and a mobile phone were also looted. On receiving information about the incident, SP Abhishek Jha reached the spot, inspected the spot and started investigating the case with the help of forensic team and dog squad. He said that on the one hand blockade is being imposed in the entire district to catch the miscreants, on the other hand manual and electronic surveillance is also being used.
