Accidental bus
A tragic accident took place in Odisha’s Balasore when a bus carrying 37 pilgrims from Uttar Pradesh overturned. Four people died in the accident. In fact, 37 devotees from Uttar Pradesh went to Bhubaneswar, Konark and Jagannath Puri. A bus full of devotees met with an accident while returning. The bus fell 20 feet from the National Highway in Odisha’s Balasore. The injured devotees have been admitted to a hospital for treatment. According to the information, two of the deceased devotees are said to be from Balarampur in UP and two from Siddharthnagar.
According to information, four people died on the spot when the bus fell down from the National Highway. The deceased devotees include Ramprasad of Siddharthanagar Etawah, Santram and Rajesh Kumar Mishra of Balarampur district, a resident of Pipara village in Gaura police station area. Kamala Devi, a resident of Belhans village in Balrampur district, also died in this accident.
The bus fell 20 feet off the highway.
33 people have been seriously injured in this tragic accident in Odisha’s Balasore district. The injured have been admitted to a hospital for treatment. A large number of injured devotees have been admitted to different hospitals according to their condition. 10 people have been admitted to Balasore district hospital, while 23 people have been admitted to Jaleswar hospital. Devotees had left UP by bus to visit Jagannath Puri and other pilgrimage sites, but on their way back they met with an accident when the bus fell 20 feet off the highway.
Information was given at the house of the deceased
After the accident, the devotees were taken to the hospital with the help of local people and police. The families of the devotees killed in the accident have been informed. As soon as the information about the accident was received, chaos was created in the houses of the deceased. The bus by which the devotees went has also been badly damaged after the accident.
