Murder of husband and wife
A heart-wrenching case has come to light from Varanasi in UP. Here the husband and wife died under suspicious circumstances. The body of the wife was found inside the room while the body of the husband was found lying in a field two kilometers away. Both had married each other of their own free will. After the suspicious death of the husband and wife, there is an atmosphere of fear in the entire area. Also, the police have started an investigation in this matter in all possible ways.
The case is from Gunawat village of Gosaipur Chowk in Cholapur Police Station area of Varanasi. The bodies of 50-year-old Santosh and his 45-year-old wife Aarti were found here under suspicious circumstances. It is suspected that he was murdered due to the circumstances in which the body was found. On the one hand, the charred body of the wife Aarti was found in the room, on the other hand, the body of the husband was found two kilometers from the house on the road adjacent to the farm.
Sensation in the area due to double murder
There has been a sensation in the area after the incident. ADCP T. Saravan said that Santosh alias Raju lived with his wife Aarti alias Rupali in a rented house in Gurwat village. Santosh was working in a factory in the city of Varanasi. Santosh had recently returned from his wife Aarti’s house. Aarti’s maternal home is in Ambedkar Nagar, Chainpur Nevada district. Both returned on Monday after two months. Police say that both the deaths occurred under suspicious circumstances and we are probing it from every angle.
Police are investigating the case from every angle
Aarti’s father Babulal said that when he woke up to the loud sound of burning gas, Aarti’s burnt body was lying inside the room with a deep wound on the neck. Neighbors said that they somehow opened the room due to the stench coming from Santosh’s room and found Aarti’s charred body inside. Neighbors were stunned to see the dead body and other things in the room burnt. People informed the police about the incident. By then, everyone was shocked when the body of husband Santosh was found in the field two kilometers away. Husband Santosh’s neck was tied with a rope. On receiving this information, the police called a forensic team and collected evidence from the spot. Currently, the police is investigating the matter from every angle.
