Investigation is going on in detonator blast case on railway track.

An accused has been arrested in the detonator blast case that took place on the railway track in Madhya Pradesh’s Burhanpur. This accused named Sabir planted 10 detonators on the railway tracks. Accused Sabir is a railway employee. Is it his mischief or is there some big conspiracy behind it, is under investigation. NIA, ATS, RPF and Ministry of Railways are investigating the case.

The incident took place in Sagaphata of Burhanpur’s Nepanagar assembly constituency. On September 18, an army special train from Jammu-Kashmir to Karnataka exploded as soon as it crossed the track. The loco pilot immediately stopped the train and informed the station master. In this way a major train accident was avoided. To carry out this incident, 10 detonators were planted on the railway tracks on September 18.

After this incident came to light, the railway and local police along with other agencies including ATS and NIA started investigating the matter. Since the entire matter is related to the army, complete secrecy is being maintained in the investigation of the matter. The Chief Public Relations Officer of Central Railway has also made a big revelation in the investigation of this matter. He said that detonators found on railway tracks are a regular process of railways.

The railway official gave a big explanation

Chief Public Relations Officer of Central Railway Dr. Swapnil Neela said – the detonators that have been found are used only by the railways. However, there is no justification for placing the detonators in the place where they were planted. A loud noise is made by the detonator. It is often used in fog and in such situations when the train has to be stopped in an emergency before the scheduled time. In such a situation, three detonators are installed on these three stages about 1200 meters before where the train is to stop.

These detonators are available to various railway staff including station master, loco pilot, keyman, track safety officer and others. They cause no damage to the track or train and explode with a loud noise when the engine passes.
