AI, that is, artificial intelligence, is mentioned in the pages of history in 1956. When Professor John McCarthy of Dartmouth College, USA, organized a workshop to clarify and develop ideas about thinking machines. Today, after almost 6 decades, this word has become a problem for anyone who fears losing their job because of it. Now those people don’t have to worry either. Because it is said in a report that this will not cause job losses, but will create new jobs. Deloitte AI executive Rohit Tandon has said that the future is collaboration between AI and humans, not that AI will replace humans.

New jobs will be created

Tandon said we now envision a revolutionary era, where technology will empower the workforce rather than replace it. Tandon, managing director of Deloitte LLP’s AI practice, says AI won’t eliminate jobs, but it will eliminate some easy jobs and create new roles. He said AI will replace people. This will not happen. You still need humans.

no need to be afraid

Tandon said when IT, technology and computers came into the picture, there was a similar fear of job losses. But just look at how many jobs have been created around the world thanks to IT. The same will also happen with AI. It will be ubiquitous, just as it is today, just as you have the largest supercomputers available today on your phone, some of the most powerful AI algorithms will be in your bag, in your wallet, in your pocket.

Tandon said this will be something that, whether we talk about it or not, will become a part of our lives. He said this is not the first time a new technology has arrived and created a threat of job loss.
