After the BJP’s defeat in the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh, the party is in turmoil. The BJP central leadership is meeting various leaders and taking feedback on the poor performance in the elections. In this regard, party leader Keshav Prasad Maurya and state president Bhupendra Chaudhary met BJP president JP Nadda in Delhi on Tuesday. Both the leaders have informed about the party’s position regarding the upcoming by-elections.
According to sources, both the leaders briefed the National President about the party’s poor performance in the Lok Sabha elections in separate meetings. He cited neglect of workers as the main reason. At the same time, a report given to the BJP party president also blamed the UP administration for the defeat. It is said that the working style of the UP administration has neglected the workers.
