‘The Buckingham Murders’ Box Office Collection
Kareena Kapoor has been in the news for a long time regarding ‘The Buckingham Murders’. He is seen in a completely different avatar in this film. The film was released in theaters on September 13. The film is based on a murder mystery, in which Kareena plays the role of a detective. He is getting a lot of appreciation for this role. However, if the acclaim of the film is compared with its earnings, the film lags far behind. But after two days of poor earnings, the film’s earnings have bounced on the third day. Despite the increase in the film’s earnings, the film is lagging behind ‘Tumbaad’. While this week, Kareena’s only film is a Bollywood release.
The appreciation Kareena received for her role as ‘Jasmit Bhamra’ did not reflect in the film’s earnings. Tumbaad was re-released with ‘The Buckingham Murders’, which on its opening day collected Rs. 1.60 crores, but if we talk about ‘The Buckingham Murders’, it opened on its first day at Rs. Earned 1.15 crores. On the second day, the film earned better than the first day. However, on the third day, there is some improvement in the condition of the film. If we look at the third day’s earnings, according to Secnilk’s report, ‘The Buckingham Murders’ has collected Rs 2.20 crore.

Tumbad’s earnings were lost
The first weekend gross of ‘The Buckingham Murders’ is Rs 5.30 crore. The opening of Kareena’s film is being considered very bad. The film released on the weekend, so everyone had high expectations from the film. If compared to Tumbad, the film has earned Rs 3.04 crore on its third day i.e. Sunday. After the release of Tumbad, its total earnings are Rs 7.34 crore. Despite being a new film, ‘The Buckingham Murders’ did not make much of an impact at the box office. ‘The Buckingham Murders’ has been released in two versions, one in Hindi and the other in Hinglish. In the Hinglish version, 80 percent of the dialogues are in English and 20 percent in Hindi. In this film, Kareena plays the role of a detective who searches for a child. The story seems to revolve around this.
Tumbaad re-released after 6 years
Tumbaad was released 6 years ago in 2018. At that time the film collected only 65 lakh rupees on the first day. However, shortly after the release, the audience started giving positive feedback about the film. Meanwhile, many films have been re-released, seizing the opportunity, the makers of Tumbaad also decided to re-release it. Along with the re-release of Tumbad, the film’s actor Soham Shah has also announced its sequel.
