A video putting humanity to shame in Rajasthan’s Nagaur district is going viral on social media. In this video, a young man is pulling his own wife on a bike with a rope. The incident took place about a month ago in Naharsingh Pura. However, now after this video went viral on social media, Panchauri police station of the district has come into action and arrested the accused. According to the police, the victim’s wife is currently with her sister residing in Jaisalmer.
According to the police, the accused has been identified as Preramam Meghwal, a resident of Naharsingh Pura. A few days ago he married the daughter of a poor family living in Bihar. For this, the accused paid a huge amount to the girl’s parents. After the marriage, the accused brought his wife here to Naharsingh Pura and started living here. According to the neighbors, after this marriage, there were frequent quarrels between the two. About a month ago, there was a fight between them over some issue.
A friend made the video
At that time the accused tied his wife with a rope and tried to drag her from the bike. Coincidentally, a friend of the accused made a video of this incident. After this incident, the accused threw his wife out of the house and she went to her sister living in Jaisalmer. Two days ago, the accused was drinking alcohol with his friend. Meanwhile, there was a fight between the two friends and in this fight, the friend posted the video of the accused on social media.

Police registered a case based on the video

After seeing the video, Nagaur’s Panchauri police station swung into action and identified the accused and arrested him on Monday. According to the police, the victim’s wife has not yet filed any complaint regarding the incident. Hence the police have registered a case at their level and started investigation.
