Kaushambi police have arrested four people including a fake IAS officer
Police from Kaushambi Police Station of Ghaziabad Commissionerate have arrested four people, including a fake IAS officer, who were involved in illegal extortion from people. Police have also seized a blue light vehicle from them and police have also seized a fake IAS officer’s ID card from them, besides money that was defrauded from a person yesterday, police have also seized the four accused to jail.
At Kaushambi police station in Ghaziabad commissionerate, the victim complained that a woman who claimed to be an IAS officer approached her in a car with blue lights. Illegal collection has been made in the name of investigation. Due to the illegal molestation, the victim suspected that he was an officer, after which she went to the Kaushambi police station and lodged a report in the matter. After registering the report, the police started searching for the accused.
He was cheating in the name of investigation
Kaushambi police station today arrested four accused, including a fake IAS woman officer. Giving information, the police said that several police teams were formed to nab the fake racket, which arrested four accused, including a blue light Ertiga vehicle, from near EDM Mall in the police station area today. Giving information, ACP Swatantra Kumar Singh said that the woman, who claimed to be an IAS officer, demanded Rs 1 lakh from the victim in the name of investigation.
