Water has accumulated in various parts of Pune
Due to the rain in Pune on Saturday, water has accumulated in various parts of the city. The subway in the Pune station area is still filled with water. The goods kept in the shops in the subway got spoiled due to water entering them. The work of removing water from the shops is going on. Due to heavy rain, power supply was disrupted in many parts of the city.
Due to heavy rains that started in Pune on Saturday afternoon, one person died after a tree fell on him in Upper Ota. Till this morning, water has entered 55 places in various parts of the city including Jaipatpatti. Also, 22 more walls collapsed. A total of 79 incidents were reported in Pune. Firefighters rescued 3 people trapped in water in Lohgaon, Kalwad Basti at midnight.
