Sanatan Dharma’s Pitru Paksha Mela is organized for a fortnight in Gaya, Bihar. Now foreigners from across the seven seas are coming to rescue their ancestors. Gaya Dham has become a center of attraction as foreign girls dressed in Indian attire come to offer pind daan to their ancestors along with other pind daan. 10 foreigners from Africa, Russia, Spain, Germany, Ukraine, Kazakhstan are among the girls who came to donate. It is noteworthy that among the foreigners who came to Gaidham to donate pinds for the salvation of their ancestors, youths are also included. and women. Boys wear kurta, pajama and girls wear Indian dress, saree. The foreigners in the group reached Gaya and after offering pind daan and shraadh at the Devghat, performed tarpan in the Falgu river. Foreigners visited Vishnupad temple and had darshan of Lord Vishnu.

Under the leadership of Loknath Gaud in Mokshbhoomi Gayaji, people have been continuously coming here since 2016 to donate Pind in Gaya. Since then, the devotion of foreigners towards pind dan has been increasing continuously. This is the reason why every year a fortnight-long Pitru Paksha fair is now held in Gaidham in droves of foreigners from across the seven seas to donate Pinda, Shraddha and Tarpan.

Regarding this, Swami Loknath Gaur, associated with the ISKCON temple abroad, said that pilgrims have arrived from different countries like Africa, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia and Yemen. Pitru Paksha Mela is organized for the salvation of the ancestors. Now the confidence of foreigners is increasing towards him. This is the reason why foreign pilgrims from Africa, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia and Yemen have arrived. Everyone prayed for the salvation of their ancestors by performing pinda daan, sraddha vidhi and tarpan.
