Policemen will get leave
Till now, policemen in Bihar’s Motihari police department had to struggle to get leave, but after the arrival of the new SP, some new changes seem to be taking place. Swarna Prabhat, who became the new SP of East Champaran, gave a new happiness to the police personnel of the district as soon as he arrived. In the new gift, the SP has said that policemen will be given leave on some special occasions.
Now whether police personnel want to celebrate their wedding anniversary or their children’s birthday, they no longer have to wait. For this he will be given two days leave separately. District police personnel are very happy to hear this holiday gift from SP. Police personnel here get three holidays in a month, but apart from this they have to make a lot of efforts to get more holidays.
Lived in depression away from family
They will be discharged separately after the SP’s statement. Now the policemen are expressing great happiness. Till now many policemen were under mental stress due to lack of leave. Due to this he suffered depression as he has to serve the country, state and public 24 hours a day. Because of this, he was very sad because of being away from his family. Due to which their mental and health is adversely affected. Realizing their mood, the District Police Captain has issued such an order from his level, due to which all the employees breathed a sigh of relief.
The legal system will also improve
SP Swarna Prabhat also said that strict action will be taken against those who disturb the law and order and communal harmony. Stricter punishment will be given against liquor dealers through speedy trials. We will work to further improve the policing system already in place. Now that the newly appointed SP Swarna Prabhat has taken charge, the family members are very happy with the decision on leave in the interest of the policemen.
The international border of the district is open. He also talked about stopping fake currency and liquor business from here. He also opined that earlier police personnel had to approach their superiors for leave, but this is no longer the case. All the police personnel in our district who work for better policing will not be allowed to suffer depression.
